1. Information We Collect

We do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, financial information, or government identifiers through the App.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:

- Authenticate users who choose to sign in.
- Save and sync gameplay progress across devices.
- Display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements where enabled.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix bugs.
- Improve game balance, performance, and user experience.
- Comply with legal, platform, and store requirements.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services that process data under their own privacy policies, including:
- Firebase / Google services for authentication, cloud save, app services, and diagnostics.
- Google AdMob for advertising, ad measurement, consent management, and rewarded ads.
- Google Play services on Android devices where applicable.
- Apple services such as Sign in with Apple and App Store services on iOS devices where applicable.

4. Ads and Tracking Choices
The App may show ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Advertising partners may use identifiers such as the Advertising ID to deliver, cap, and measure ads. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier through your device settings.
On iOS, where required, the App may request permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you deny tracking permission, the App will use non-tracking or limited advertising options where available.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or allow processing of information only in the following cases:
- With service providers that help operate the App, such as Firebase and AdMob.

- To protect the rights, security, and integrity of users, the App, or our services.

We retain gameplay and account-related data for as long as needed to provide the App, maintain your cloud save, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data unless retention is required by law or legitimate security reasons.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us at xuanthe01656@gmail.com. Please include the email address or user ID associated with your account so we can identify the data. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
8. Children's Privacy
Touch or Die is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Transfers
The App and its service providers may process information on servers located in different countries. By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable law.
